FAB Wellness initiatives have been a much needed addition to the FAB culture, putting the focus more on employees’ physical and mental health. Personally, I have been fortunate to have been part of the FAB Gov Games team this year, allowing me to concentrate and progress on my fitness journey and also expand my social group within FAB.
The fitness sessions, the motivation and the power packed combos are an inspiration for me to continue the workouts. Thanks FAB Wellness team for making me realize I can still move and feel a few under-used parts of my muscles.
Since FAB started providing us with sports and fitness classes, I felt much stronger and more energetic. We have created a community beyond the working hours and this has made me look forward to going to work.
